Cradled between volcanic highlands and the shores of Lake Chapala, Jalisco is a land of deep tradition and bold flavor. Known as the birthplace of mariachi, tequila, and iconic dishes like birria and pozole, it carries the heart of Mexico in every bite.

This menu carries a special weight since its the region where the chef’s maternal grandmother was born and raised, so we invite you to taste the soul of Jalisco, and the chef’s family’s traditions one dish at a time.

Due to some recent changes in our circumstances, and to ensure we deliver a fantastic experience, we will now only offer full table reservations on Saturdays and Sundays, which require a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 14.

The menu price stays the same, and you're still welcome to bring your own wine, beer, etc, with no corkage fee!
