Framed by the rugged Sierra Madre del Sur and the endless waves of the Pacific, Guerrero is a land where flavors carry the legacy of centuries-old trade winds. Its cuisine reflects in its sweet, sour, spicy, and savory dishes a harmony born from the convergence of native, European, and especially Asian ingredients that have become essential to its local cuisine.

This menu celebrates Acapulco, a historic gateway for the Manila Galleon and the heart of Guerrero’s Pacific trade with Asia. We invite you to taste the history, the tides, and the markets of Guerrero, one dish at a time.

We now only offer full table reservations on Saturdays and Sundays, which require a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 14.

The menu price per person stays the same, and you're still welcome to bring your own wine, beer, etc, with no corkage fee!
